REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

The products sold by Gokul Dry Fruits are edible food and consumable items including dry fruits, nuts, seeds, spices, snacks, beverages, and related grocery products.
Due to hygiene, safety, freshness, and perishability concerns, returns and refunds are subject to the conditions mentioned below.
The following products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
• Opened or used products
• Partially consumed products
• Products returned without original packaging
• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
• Products returned after the allowed reporting period
• Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers unless damaged or incorrect
Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following situations:
• Wrong product delivered
• Damaged product received
• Expired product received
• Missing items in the order
• Product quality issue verified by our team
• Package received in tampered condition
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of delivery.
To process a complaint, customers may be required to provide:
• Order number
• Clear photos or videos of the product
• Photos of packaging and shipping label
• Description of the issue
Claims raised after 48 hours from delivery may not be eligible for refund or replacement.
All refund, replacement, or return requests are subject to review and verification by Gokul Dry Fruits.
We reserve the right to:
• Approve or reject claims based on verification
• Request additional information if required
• Offer replacement instead of refund where appropriate
The final decision shall be at the sole discretion of Gokul Dry Fruits.
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the original payment method used during purchase.
In certain situations, refunds may also be processed through:
• Bank transfer
• Store credit
• Coupon code or wallet credit
depending on operational feasibility.
Once approved, refunds are generally processed within 5 to 10 business days.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on:
• Bank processing times
• Payment gateway processing
• Card issuer policies
• UPI or wallet provider timelines
In cases where return of products is required:
• Customers may be instructed regarding the return process.
• Return shipping arrangements may be handled either by Gokul Dry Fruits or the customer depending on the situation.
• Unauthorized returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
• Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
As many of our products are natural agricultural and food products, slight variations in:
• Color
• Size
• Shape
• Texture
• Taste
• Aroma
may occur naturally and shall not be treated as defects.
Gokul Dry Fruits shall not be responsible for:
• Delays caused by courier or logistics partners
• Damage caused after successful delivery
• Improper storage by customers
• Allergic reactions or misuse of products
• Minor packaging dents or external transit marks not affecting product quality
